This will be our first full season with our TT. I am finding out that I may need to be more proactive about planning vacations. I just tried to make reservations for a week in June at one of our favorite State Parks in SC. They have a 13 month window for reservations and I missed the boat for that week. The lady I spoke with at the Park Service was very nice, she told me to make reservations for June 2017 in May 2016!!!! I thought I was on the ball planning 6 months in advance! Nope. It's a bit more difficult when you are working full time and have kids in school, etc. I was hoping that we could have a certain amount of spontaneity by getting a camper. Just decide to take off on a Friday for the weekend, now I'm not so sure how that's going to work out.
