Reservations-KY to Grand Canyon on route 40
Be traveling mid September to mid October. Do you believe we will need reservations along the way and at the Grand Canyon. Willing to stay in public or private parks.

Cannot speak for places east of NM but you should not need any reservations in NM or AZ. State Parks, Commercial parks, and Casinos with cheap RV slots along I-40 are pretty plentiful although not many resort type places. I would stop before or after Albuquerque unless you have some sight you want to see there.
