Reserve America web site ?
Is it just me? Or is the new Reserve America web site much more difficult to use?

Multiple incidents of poor customer service; numerous mistakes in reservations and fees; fees charged for services never received; out of country handlers of your credit card info; you name the problem and RA has committed it. Many former customers have similar complaints.
I tried to reserve a campsite for a two week stay ...
I was told that I would have to move my trailer to a different campsite three times ...
That would entail FOUR reservations and four reservation fees.
I told them to forget it.
Sure enough - on my next CC statement there were charges for four cancellation fees. I called the bank and they cancelled those charges.
