Reserved at Greystone RV Park in Pinnacle NC

Could possibly be our last weekend camping this year :( We wanted to go to our favorite, Fancy Gap Va KOA, but they shut down Saturday the 16th. This park is next to Mt. Pilot, about 15 miles south of Mt. Airy. Very small, but looks to be very nice. Planning on hiking at Mt Pilot and possibly the BRP with our boys. We always end up in Mt. Airy eating a few meals there. We going next weekend Nov 15-17.
Check this park out Greystone RV park Not the cheapest at $48 a night, but looks to be very nice. They're really isn't anything to do there but go fishing, but we're really just planning on spending the days away anyway.

    You should see some of the roads I've towed this thing down...... by accident. I wanted to go to Meadows of Dan CG, but the roads going there are nuts and there isn't much nearby. We like to go places while we're at a cg. The wife just didn't care for Mayberry's huge field setup. Of course, this one isn't much different but she likes seeing Mt. Pilot right beside it.

    We just left there. We like Mayberry Campground in Mt Airy. Reasonable rates, easy drive to Mt Pilot. Enjoy your trip!

    Been there several times. Nice park but has some tight switch backs going up the mountain.
