Friends of ours just went west and when they went to Crater Lake they stayed at Collier Memorial State Park Oregon. Closest to Crater Lake. Does have hookups but not commercial at all.
www.recreation.gov will have lots of info on campgrounds and will help with the length of the campsites. Enjoy your trip!
