The answer is easy, don't take large groups. That is easier said than done. But I can guarantee in the long run he will make more money with 1/10 the stress.
Took me many years to understand that. Some people will abuse a business, for as long and as hard as they can. Just don't take those folks in the first place, and if you do get them, get rid of them as soon as possible.
The manager is female with lots of experience. You are correct that these people will cause more harm than good and keep the good RV crowd away. I believe she is also very aware of that.
