Have spent the last five winters on South Padre Island.at the KOA. Jan, Feb, and March. You get wha you pay for. Some winters are better than outhers. Park is clean and well run. Can be noises the week of spring break. Other than that , traffic is at a minimum. Walk into restaurants and bars with out a wail. Have a variety top end and down. Something for every one. Rates vary on how long you stay. Need to check it out.
