Yeah, COE campgrounds are ok. I just wish they would keep them updated and cared for a little more. I think Petersburg there at Lake Thurmond is probably the best one I have been to. The bath houses still need to be updated though. But the sites seemed in better condition to me. They also don't have the coded gates like some other COE sites.
