We did confirm that during the winter, although unmanned, the sites are still fully on, (Eectric & Water).
My opinion (May vary from some) -- State park for the cost, actual parking pads are graveled or some pull throughs paved and access right into the Gorge is better.
River Falls - If you have kids and the pool needed to entertain, or you need sewer hookup, or want to be on the river. Not sure on the clubhouse, inside pool, WIFI, ammenties.....
