The Aussies have small TTs (caravans) that come with additional wheels in the rear that can be lowered to permit twisting into place. This is combined with a wheel on the front hitch. Sure would be great if one got to the end of a road and one could not easily turn abou.

Don't think it likely with a 5th wheel
