Route ideas/ Campgrounds near Cape Coral, Fl, Tampa, St Pete

Planning a trip mid March from Myrtle Beach to Key West, then crossing Fl to west coast - plan to visit friends in Cape Coral, then North Point, Tampa/St Pete areas, then return back to MB. Traveling...

2 retired....I assumed you meant north port not north point. I live in north port and if your on #75 n There are two campgrounds off exit 191 1/4 of a mile is camp venice retreat and another mile is Ramblers rest.Also look at Port Charlotte as there is one there close to #41. paul.
