I don't know too many places in town in Ruidoso. Might want to do some satellite searching for that.

I understand, no problem...my wife and I are thinking that being in "town" is a priority.

Driving the Cummins without the 5th wheel is easy enough but walking is even easier;-)

Correct. By "main drag" I meant the major highway through the area. The business district of Ruidoso is off the major highway. However, many of the RV parks I saw in Ruidoso itself were in somewhat urbanized areas. Circle B is not. It is on a hillside above the highway, though the sites are level. It really depends on what you want. If you want to walk to a lot of things, it is not for you.

I apologize if my original statement was misleading.

You can't walk into town from Circle B.

Being able to walk into town is certainly a plus if your spending a few weeks at a location.

Show Low/Pinetop, Arizona, Flagstaff, AZ, Gunnison, CO, Ouray, CO, Silverton, CO, Lake City, CO, Durango, CO, Buena Vista, CO, the Olympic Peninsula of Washington and the whole Oregon coast are some of our favorite places to escape the heat. We have many more.
