X2 on Otter Lake. I've never personally been there, but it has a great reputation around here. The only problem with it ( and tithe reason I've never been there) is it gets completely filed up and is hard to get a site. Some other alternatives are Great Divide or Panther Lake in Sussex County NJ or Keene Lake in PA. Don't exclude the shore area, there are some great places there too. Ocean View near Sea Isle City is very nice.
