We stayed for a month at Lake Kandle in Sewell, NJ which is about 18 miles east of Philadelphia; right about the half way point between Baltimore and Montclair, NJ. We'll be staying there again for about 6 weeks this summer.
Their short term rates are high, but their seasonal rates are about the norm for the area. They have a nice pool and a lake with good fishing. The campground is surrounded on 3 sides by a farm, two sides are Apple and Peach orchards.
They have a lot of rules, but they don't seem to enforce them, except for their No Pet policy and their Guest policy.
