We've stayed many times at Twin Grove (across from Swatara State Park). Nice campground, beautiful views, two pool, bark park, restaurant on site. Going back again this year.

We've stayed at Otter Creek. Would not go back. Pool attendant (indoor pool - Easter weekend) was yelling at every child she saw, we called the front office and were told that no management was available because of the holiday weekend.
