I was thinking the same thing. Get squashed like a bug in the traffic in and around MB. As someone else mentioned if you want walking close Briarcliff would probably be your best bet since it is close to several eateries/shopping. BUT as stated before it is not on the ocean but does back up to the Intercoastal Waterway.
