RV Park in Myrtle Beach and Charleston

As far as Golf cars SC law has them limited to 4 miles of home base & they are not to be driven on major roads (Rt 17 is out). Check SC DMV web site.
If at Ocean Lakes, you can head out the park out the south gate or the sales center. There is a side road there that you can use to go that way and use the parking lots, etc. I have also seen golf carts crossing 17. The rental golf carts from Ocean Lakes can't be taken out of the park.
