Ocean Lakes has a 4 night minimum from June 15 until August 15. Otherwise, no minimum. I think Lakewood does a 4 night minimum from memorial day to labor day or there abouts. I know its a bit longer than Ocean Lakes. KOA has no minimum, but they aren't on the ocean either.
