RV park near Camden, NJ (near Philadelphia)
My DH was stationed on the SS New Jersey ship when he was in the Navy. It is now a museum in Camden, NJ and would like to make trip there to see it. I believe it is right across the river from Philad...

Go to Lake Kandle Swimclub and Campground located in Washington Twsp NJ
We stayed there a few years ago one weekend and were very happy

It is about 15 miles from Philly but it is a very country like setting. The campground is small with about half seasonals. There is a nice lake along with a with a big pool
At the farm next to the campground there is a nice country store that sells good food
A word of caution about Camden, NJ.....Be safe there. Camden is probably the worst NJ has to offer (Worse than Newark). Only Go to the New Jersey or the Aquarium next door (Which is great)but otherwise stay away from the area. When you are there you will be fine, There is a heavy police presence there.
If you have some more time try to go to Cowtown Rodeo in Woodstown, NJ

It is the longest running Rodeo in America and it's worth seeing if you are in the area....about a 1/2 hour from Kandle lake
