RV Park North Carolina, Morehead City, Beaufort Area

Sometime ago we ran into a person at an RV show that was advertising sites at a park that was intended to be a subdivision but hit at the beginning of the real estate bust. They converted into an RV park. But for the life of me, I cannot seem to find any info about this park now.
Does anyone have any knowledge about this park and where the heck it is???
