RV Park on Marco Island or Anna Maria Island

I went to RVParky.com and there are 3 close to Anna Maria Island, nothing on Anna Maria or Marco.

There are none on Marco. OMG that would certainly cause a major uproar. They do have a Yacht club.
There are a couple super exclusive "motor coach resorts" on 951 a couple miles off the island.
There is also a KOA about the same distance.
Depends what you are traveling in. The motor coach resorts almost certainly have age restrictions on your unit, and the KOA could be a little tight for a big rig.
Check pelican lake motor coach rv resort, silver lakes rv and golf resort, or Naples KOA.
While you are in the area, you should check out the isles of capri.
It's a couple small islands just north of marco off 951.

There is Collier Seminole state park, which is very close to Marco.

Holiday Cove RV in Cortez, just a few miles from AMI. Expensive but very clean. Stayed there last year.

RV park on Marco.....??? Now that's a good one ;-)
We lived there for a period of time, and you won't even find a stray trailer or RV parked in someone's driveway. Try looking at Goodland, which is basically Marco's neighbor. I don't know if there are any there, but it's pretty close.
There was a time in my life when I made the 5 hour commute from N. FL to Marco every other week. Got pretty familiar with the area, but happy to not be doing that anymore. Living there wasn't bad, but we weren't there during season (ie island was only about 1/4 of the normal population...or less)

Is there in this Zone at the gulf site an Island with a very nice beach and an RV park? Please remember that the RV park should be very Close (reachable on Food), because we dont want to move our RV..

Look at Red Coconut RV park on Ft. Meyers beach, I have never been there but have friends who love it.

Or you could try to book a spot on Sanibel Island, then you could either walk or use a bicycle for almost everything. I know there is a nice RV park on Sanibel and maybe one of the resident owners will see this topic and chime in with additional information.

Nothing directly on Anna Maria Island. There are a couple of 55+ parks that are closer, but we have stayed at Buttonwood several times down there. It's not ON the island, but its 9/10s of a mile get to the Gulf from the park. We have walked or ridden bikes numerous times. They have the free shuttle up and down the island and there is a stop right at Cortez and Gulf Dr.

Beautiful park, great location and a nice walk or bike ride to the beach. I LOVE AMI. My parents are headed there as we speak. I have a 6 week old son laying next to me on the couch right now, or else we would be making our yearly trip to camp down there too.

Have fun! Get a burger from Skinny's for me and have the all-you-can-eat pancakes at the AM Beach Café!
