Last several trips out west we encountered Parks we had used before weer now owned by a chain and prices went up restrictions such as washing your rig went into effect and other things. A lot more people are into RVing and Big Investors are mining for gold. What it means to most RVers is trimming their vacations, or if full timing finding different parks. The Park is not the attraction, most usually. We sit around the campfire with other RVers but we go to that location for School reunions, for fishing, visiting relatives, family reunions and more.
We find that the evenings are about all we spend in the park or in the RV.
As long as it is clean has good water and sewer, and good pads or parking spots is all that matters, so w can go somewhere else until like CW they gobble up the entire RV concept.
