RV park rates
we have used the same RV park three times before and got the monthly rate but this time the said they couldn't give us the monthly but would give us the weekly rate which makes us paying twice the amo...

Anybody ask why the rates had doubled or tripled other than new owners? Had the taxes, water rates, insurance rates, staff salaries gone up? Had the value of the property gone up due to improvements, changes to the surrounding properties? Have other properties in the area gone belly up decreasing the available spots? Lots of reasons/cause for prices to up. Darn few reasons to keep them the same as before.
