I always use rvparkreviews.com when looking for a park in a new area. But I just look at the trends in the reviews. If the majority give favorable reviews and a couple give bad reviews, then I just consider those whiners. Inversely if the majority give bad reviews and a couple give very good reviews, then I view those as suspicious at best.
Yes, wifi and employeee attitude are typically the most common complaints rather than the quality of the park itself. I don't NEED wifi and I don't intend to fraternize with the employees so those don't really matter much to me.
