We also use the site to get a 'general' idea of the place.
Someone said they don't care about the bathroom condition because they don't use them or don't care about unkept sites because they're only there for a night. However, even though they're not important to you, it still gives an idea how the park owner/manager takes care of his park, if he has pride in it or not, and that does weigh into our choices.
We have a 40' motorhome and we always look within the posts for any hint what others' RVs are in size to see if it would be suitable for us, especially in public parks which we mostly frequent. We wish that all posters would put into the post what size RV they have. It would be nice if there was a spot on the form to fill this in.
Lastly, when I see 10 bad reviews and then a #10 review from a poster who has only made 1 or 2 other reviews on the site, I assume that it's the park owner who makes this glorified review and I totally disregard it.
