Checking into an RV park after a long day's drive should be a pleasant experience, not an ordeal. Most office staff are friendly and reasonably efficient. Rudeness and inefficiency deserve to be mentioned in a review. For the record, I have never included any negative statement about park staff in any of my reviews but have encountered a few bad apples years prior to my posting to the site.
Perhaps the worst example was a guy who was so drunk he couldn't even direct me to my site. He was rude, too. Another time, a woman was in the next room watching a soap opera and told me to wait 'a few minutes'. Needless to say, we never used these parks again.
