Checking into an RV park after a long day's drive should be a pleasant experience, not an ordeal. Most office staff are friendly and reasonably efficient. Rudeness and inefficiency deserve to be mentioned in a review. For the record, I have never included any negative statement about park staff in any of my reviews but have encountered a few bad apples years prior to my posting to the site.
Perhaps the worst example was a guy who was so drunk he couldn't even direct me to my site. He was rude, too. Another time, a woman was in the next room watching a soap opera and told me to wait 'a few minutes'. Needless to say, we never used these parks again.
Nothing wrong with voting with your wallet however do not cut off your nose to spite your face.
If I encounter a poor employees at a favorite CG in one of my favorite areas. I am not going to totally avoid the area and the CG just because I encountered a bad worker.
Given options I may choose CG B over CG A due to a poor experience at CG A. However if there is no CG B available. I will not hesitate to return to CG A. I guess I just won't let one bad apple permanently spoil an otherwise decent CG.
