DO NOT USE the Robert Moses Parkway!! ALL parkways in NY were built for the sole use of auto, and will have low (10' and some less) clearances on overpasses. If going up to NF or Four Mile Creek just take I-190 north to the correct exit.
The correct exit off I-190 for Four Mile Creek State Park is #25A to Military Rd to 104 to... wait for it... Robert Moses Parkway!!! There are no low overpasses before reaching the park. We've even come in along the lake with our Class A using the Lake Ontario Parkway with no issues other than using the left lane for a couple of the lower arched overpasses just to make sure we cleared ok. There are no RV restrictions posted for either parkway.
Are you sure about no restrictions? The reason I ask is while at 9'-6" clearance, I have no problems with the bridges, when I asked at the bridge toll taker (maybe the wrong person to ask), I was told no trailers or RVs on the Moses Parkway. When I called out local state police, I was told no trailers on ANY NY parkway. Love to know since I usually drive in to Niagara Falls on NY 104, and hopping on the Moses would be easier than driving through the city.
