RV Parks near Grand Canyon
I've checked online and the only park I can find is Trailer village and it is pretty booked up. Are there any other full hook up parks near the south rim?

I don't know ow you'd define "near," but you might check rvparkreviews for CGs in Williams or Flagstaff. (Those pages will also prompt you with links to other towns nearby.) Several CGs in those areas with FHUs.
