If you are interested in SW Florida, look up Gulf Waters RV Resort. We are spending 4 months here this winter. Biggest (lot size), nicest RV Resort we have ever stayed in. It is owner/owned and no park models. Most owners don't stay on their sites but rent them out through the office.
