RV Rental in San Francisco area for a month

Question

We have friends from South Africa who are planning to rent an RV, campervan or class C, for a month to tour the west. It could be round trip from San Francisco or one way to Denver. They are looking at an RV rental agent and I mentioned Cruise America and Camping World. Does anyone have any experience with RV rentals and can recommend a company?

This camping season going up and down the coast I encountered quite a few campers from out of the country that had rented from El Monte Rv and
APOLLO RENTAL.

They all seemed very happy with their choice and all of the units were brand new. They both have locations in San Francisco and Denver.

So renting from them you have the option of round trip or a one way rental.

I've rented three times from Family RV in south San Jose, last time in 2009.   I would rent from them again.
