Rving at Riverbend in Cincinnati

Friends of mine asked me about RVing at Riverbend for a Jimmy Buffet concert. Looks like there are grass lots across from Rivwr Downs that are full of RV's. What is the process, other than getting there early, to getting in one of these lots? Reservations? Cost?

    Are you talking about the sports complex? They were charging $25 per day when we went down for Vans Warped Tour in July. We ended up staying somewhere else, so I don't know the details but you can e-mail them at info@rivercitysportscomplex.com

    Here's the scoop. There's also overflow parking in the River Downs Racetrack parking lot next door. The sports complex has parking for teams taking part in sports like baseball, softball and volleyball and is a mile away from Riverbend. A long walk on a busy road without sidewalks.
    BTW, River Downs doesn't currently have live racing as they are re-doing the track, but the betting windows are open for races at remote tracks during the day.
    I'd go early for JB. He's very popular at Riverbend.
