SPI is not the valley. If you truly read what I wrote you would have also read the area that is IMO the valley. Now do you know of many that go to that area for a weeks vacation, or even for a get-a-way weekend???
During spring break when the stabbing occurred the locals said the person who did the crime was "from the valley" so I'm guessing there are many that view SPI as the island and not the valley.
