Sometime ago someone posted campgrounds around St Augustine other than the KOA. I have searched the forums but I guess it was too old to find that way. I want to say it was west of St Augustine and private but I may be wrong.Please throw some cg's out in that area.

We used Anastasia State Park when we were thee, very nice but tight for big rigs with a lot of foliage, water & electric only but would be my choice if there again.

West of St. Augustine is Stagecoach RV park. www.stagecoachrv.net

We stayed at Pellicer Creek on the way south last year. Small but friendly. Get a spot by the creek if you can. The spots up front are close to Rt 1 traffic.

I stay at Stagecoach, right off I-95. Traffic noise not a problem.

X10 - full hookups, cable TV, nice pool, walk to the beach, huge sites.

Another for North Beach. Gorgeous campground, lush plants between the sites made it feel very private and cozy. River behind the campground, ocean right across the street and super easy access to the city. There is a Publix right down the street from the campground too for easy grocery shopping.
