Me Again, if it is a park model, wood or composition sides, no holding tanks, in other words not what is considered park trailer, that has aluminum sides, tip outs, and could have a black water holding tank, there is no state license tag, and there is no sales tax on the resale thru a private individual. Since it is not license plated thru the state, there is a county tax by the year on the unit. If you buy, make sure you get the title and make sure all taxes have been paid by former owner or owners.
