- padredwNomadWe stayed in Lakeside, and would stay there again for an overnight.
I dislike side-by-side layouts and that is the problem with Lakeside. Even with that, I think we made the right choice to stay there. I avoid side-by-side sites when I can. - obgrahamExplorer

It's no Wilderness Experience, but it's no worse than any other urban style RV park. Close, but room for slides. And as an overnighter they seem to park me mostly on the end -- easy in, easy out.
Lakeside in Provo sounds niced but I read complaints about being too close to your neighbor...true or not...some folks said awnings and slides were a problem withy not being able to extend properly? - Monty-RobExplorerLakeside in Provo sounds niced but I read complaints about being too close to your neighbor...true or not...some folks said awnings and slides were a problem withy not being able to extend properly?

- jalichtyExplorerWe stayed at a campground in Draper, south of SLC. Fairly nice, some permanent and some transient. Only problem we had was the camper next to us had plugged into our 30 amp post and we didn't have a 50 amp adapter so we had to get one. The young lady who checked us in went out on her lunch hour, found an adapter and plugged us in, nice service. Not too far off I-15, but since we had a big motorhome between us and the highway, not too noisy. It was Mountain Shadows and pretty highly rated in the Good Sam Travel Guide. Didn't have cable, but didn't need it, got over 40 stations with our antenna and the price was about $40 per night before GS discount.

I would stay there again - katlemanExplorer

We stayed at Antelope State park on the island and went to the beach and museum and got to float in the Great Salt Lake at age 60 with the kids. I think it was like $13 for the parking spot and they were huge pull offs which was a dream spot for long rigs. No hook ups was not an issue for us. We shower and ate at the beach area and it was mid Sept and it was good sleeping without AC as I remember.
Enjoyed my stay on Antelope island as well a few years back, though the OP was looking for hook ups - Gale_HawkinsExplorerWe did not have reservations and the developed camp sites where maybe 40% filled by late that night.
