San Antonio Rv parks and attractions

I'll be there in February and the best location I have found is Travelers World Carefree RV Resort. I haven't been there, but the reviews are good and the location is excellent. Mfar1234 provides an excellent list of "to-dos."

Things to see and do;

San Antonio Missions

Riverwalk - get there b4 they take the x-mas lights down!

Alamo

Majestic Theater (EXCELLENT fine dining restaurants in that area!!)

Menger Hotel (where Teddy Roosevelt recruited the ole Rough Riders)
must have a beer at their bar

The ghost of ole Douglas Moore still hangs out at the Emily Morgan Hotel

Try a steak at Bohanan's

oh, and the Market Square (El Mercado); eat at Mi Tierra and La Margarita ... then walk it off at the indoor market place. TAKE CASH and barter. Very nice market/items
