San Antonio
My wife and I are planning on spending a month or two in San Antonio this winter and would like your opinions on RV parks in the area. Can anyone recommend an RV park from personal experience?

My next door neighbors sold everything they owned, bought a huge RV, and became full timers. They come back to San Antonio for about two months every year. Every time they stay at the Blazing Star RV Resort. They like it a lot. I have visited them out there. It is not my kind of place (I like state parks), but it has all the amenities and is very well maintained. It is on the outermost loop (1604) with easy access to highways to get you wherever you want to go in the city. It is close to restaurants and any kind of store you want.
