Sandia Casino and Balloon Fiesta

A lot of folks used the casino lot for parking over the years and were welcomed to do so. I guess they wised up to making some extra money. I agree, that staying on the Fiesta grounds in the south campground is a great place. The balloons sometimes land right next to you; you can easily walk to the main grounds or the free shuttle comes by regularly through the campground. It sure beat fighting traffic getting into the Fiesta. We spent 10 days there while we were crewing a balloon. Awesome experience!
