On Edit: Nevermind, I don't know why I read Charleston when it actually reads Savannah! :D I put it up to old age!
Anyway, if you are planning on Charleston, my suggestion still stands.
I would suggest James ISland County Park instead of the others and it does have trolley access, at least during some times of the year. It's about 10 minutes outside of historic downtown Charleston.
