I Agree with the others. LP is a great place and easy access to the freeway and on up to Canada. Lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores nearby - even with in walking distance.
Important GPS note though; Your nav will have you turn left before you should. This is because a turn was added recently for a quicky lube place (which is a rip off joint).
Do Not turn left into the resort until you see it on your left!
