I need a campground in Seattle for a sightseeing base. Doesn't need to be fancy, but needs to be safe. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks.

Not many good choices near Seattle. We have stayed at the KOA in Kent WA a few times not bad but spendy. That was the closest we could find.
