The homeless in San Diego are being rousted from their normal spots due to an outbreak of Hepatitis A. Efforts are being made to clean the areas where the homeless normally spend their time. Homelessness is becoming a large problem in most major and medium sized cities throughout California. She found a nice spot to spend the night while her regular spot is being cleaned with a bleach solution....
