shower made from garden sprayer & sink sprayer nozzle??

Can someone help me find this thread, or help me with this problem? Somewhere I saw (and I think it was on this site) a thread about constructing a camping shower using a garden sprayer and sink sp...

Unfortunately the connection for the weed sprayer hose is much larger than the sink sprayer hose.

I found a 1/4-5/16 splicer a couple of places online, but the shipping is pretty steep for one tiny part. (Which is ridiculous.) I'll continue to look for something local.
