Shrinking Canadian dollar
Wondering how the state of the Canadian dollar will effect other Canadians travel plans. It has made our site rental jump from $3,200 American to a payment of $4,022.60 Canadian. ouch!

It is a challenge and it must be properly planned. You only have to be out of the Schengen for 90 days by the way. There are forums with lots of info on how to do it. For example. Morocco is not in the Schengen and its easy to do 90 days there. Interesting country, lots to see and do. Then back into the Schengen. Britain is not in the Schengen so 90 days there although as a Canadian I can spend 180 days there. Then back to the schengen. Time it so you arrive at another non schengen country like Macedonia, Bosnia, Albania and so on. Timing is important for time of the year as well if you want to stay reasonably warm or in the case of Morocco just the opposite as it is too hot in the summer. If you are going to hook up with an RV tour company for Morocco they tend to book up fast for winter tours so you need to plan ahead.
