We love Loft Mountain. Stayed there in August. The temperature never got above 75, Even though the temps in Charlottesville reached the mid 90's. True, there are no hookups but the sites are all paved and water is close by. They also have a well equipped store at the entrance. Generator usage is allowed for certain hours, during the day.
