When is the best time, this year, for viewing the best colors of the fall? :h

They were starting to change last week on the Blue Ridge above 3000 feet. IF you want to come over to the Blue Ridge. Stop at Price Lake on the Parkway, go out on the lake, and look up. It is like being in a leaf bowl.
