We just returned from Sevierville TN and the Great Smoky Mountains, nice visit, but we found the local cellular and wired broadband challenging at times. We stayed with my father in his time share in Sevierville, and the AT & T Wifi was horrible, and unusable. Even with basic smart phone apps. The closer you got to the National Park, the worse the cellular connection got. As one might expect, within the National Park reception was spotty based on terrain and proximity to major facilities.
I would suggest looking closer to Kodak TN or around Douglas Lake, you might have better luck. Riverside campground in Sevierville had some permanent units, so you might be able to get a slot that is already wired for a phone/cable already and you just need to get the service switched on.

Charter cable was in Sevierville so they likely support with cable TV and broadband. When we drove through Gatlinburg and Wear Valley, I saw some Hughes dishes, so I suspect wired broadband may not be available.
Good luck!
