I happen to know from one of the "founders" that there is a major internet service to the Cherokee--Sylva--Franklin area in North Carolina. The casinos and a local college needed faster service and worked together to bring in a "big line."
It might be worthwhile to check with some of the RV parks in that area to see if they are utilizing some of that bandwidth.

I do not know personally whether these or any other parks are using the bandwidth. I just know that it is there.
