going to be real hard to find a pool in a CG with great scenery in the mountains. Good chance it would be too cold to use it anyway.
However. For great scenery. Try Campfire Lodging near Ashville. No it isn't in the Smoky Mountain Park. But it has GREAT views, and is not far from the Smokies. Google it.
I just got to say. don't get so hyped up about the Smokies, that you forget about the rest of the Appalachian Mountains
